I just released a very simple instrumental single

I just released a very simple instrumental single on Spotify. This track is particularly meaningful to me. In August of 2023, on a Saturday night, I was overcome by an urgent sense that something was terribly wrong with my father's health. I was at work after hours, and I was riveted by this feeling. I didn't have words to pray, except, "Lord, please help my dad," and that felt inadequate in that moment. So, I went to a piano and played, as if praying by piano. I hadn't had an experience like this in a couple of decades. What came out was a spontaneous and simple theme, a conversation, sometimes a pleading, with God on my father's behalf. While I was having this experience, I saw myself playing this song at my dad's memorial. I knew his time was near. I went home and told my wife this story, and the next morning I woke to a message from my mom. I learned that my dad had a heart attack during the precise time I was interceding for him. Fortunately, I was able to share this song and story with him before he died about six weeks later. I played it at his memorial... I never would have thought to record this song and share this story publicly, but I was encouraged to do so by many. If you feel inclined, please take a listen. Thanks very much!
